Hi! My name is Gabbi Coronel and I’m a Brand & Web Designer based in Austin, Texas.

Outside work you will often find me teaching yoga, traveling, or somewhere near water.

But on a typical workday, I am usually drinking an iced latte, sketching up logo suites and getting inspired/ obsessed with color palettes and type design.

My day usually starts with cuddling my dog.

Most of the time I am working on brand identity and web design for entrepreneurs.

What are your first memories of the Internet?
Xanga and AOL haha! and can't forget downloading music on Limewire.

What is the best part about the process of building websites for you?
Love love love the beginning process of design direction. conceptualizing section layouts and templates feels incredibly inspiring. I also love building it all out on Squarespace, implementing strategy and letting the brand identity come to life.

What is your favorite stretch or pastime in between coding?
In between coding I'm usually stretching on my office floor or playing with my dog. maybe a combo of both.

How would you describe your Standout Style in 2-3 words? Earthy. Bold. Modern.

Which Standout workshops do you find yourself incorporating most often on your website projects?
Sticky sections, vertical lines, scrolling and hover animations. honestly, love them all.

What makes your work standout?
I usually refer to myself as a design chameleon. I capture the personality of each client while implementing my love for color, type, & image direction. Each project is unique and intuitive to the client and their vision.

What are the biggest takeaways from the Standout programs?
I would say I've learned to trust my creative style and be more confident in it. I've learned to take risks and not be afraid to be bold with design and code. practice practice practice the workshops that interest me. Truly have grown so much as a designer because of this course. It's a wealth to resources and opportunities to explore creativity.

What is your dream website project?
My dream website project is to work with media production company or art gallery that allows me full creative freedom on the UI of their website.I envision bold typography, unique editorial layouts, and captivating imagery of their work. I want to push creative boundaries both in branding and in their web presence.
